Monitoris is an AI-native assistant that helps tradespeople and small business owners reduce administrative burden by automating routine back-office tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and client communication.

We at Monitoris (“Monitoris”, “we”, “our” or “us”) value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website, applications, and services (“Services”).

Important Note: Monitoris is currently in beta. We recommend not entering any sensitive or business-critical information during this phase. We follow industry-standard security practices and comply with applicable data protection laws of the European Union and Switzerland.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Monitoris uses AI services, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini, to process and respond to user input. Your content may be shared with third-party AI providers for this purpose. We ensure appropriate safeguards and process data only for delivering or improving our Services. We rely on the security measures provided by these AI providers and follow their default privacy policies. For example, both OpenAI and Google (Gemini) state that user inputs are not used to train their models unless explicitly opted in. Generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated outputs.
